Notice is hereby given that an election will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021, to elect the following officials for the City of Park Hills.
One Councilperson from each of the four (4) wards who shall hold his/her office for two (2) years.
The Mayor elected at large who shall serve a four (4) year term.
General qualifications for Councilpersons are as follows:Candidates must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age prior to taking office, a United States Citizen, an inhabitant of the City of Park Hills for at least one (1) year prior to election, and a resident of the ward for at least six (6) months prior to election.
General qualifications for the Mayor are as follows: Candidates must be at least thirty (30) years of age prior to election, a United State Citizen, an inhabitant of the City of Park Hills at the time of and for at least two (2) years prior to the election.

Any person wishing to file as a candidate for Councilperson should contact Park Hills City Clerk, Terri Richardson, at the Park Hills City Hall located at 9 Bennett Street during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Filing for candidacy opens on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. and closes on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Anyone arriving for filing prior to 8:00 a.m. should form a line at the front door of City Hall in order of arrival. The Office of the City Clerk will not accept Declarations of Candidacy on December 24 or December 25, 2020, or January 1, 2021.
