We are encouraging utility customers to utilize our online payment system to pay your water bill by using the link https://utility.parkhillsmo.net/internetpayments/. The Utility department also offers automatic bill pay by ACH and you can sign up by downloading the form. CLICK HERE to get the form. You can call the utility department at 573-431-2280 and make your payment over the phone using a debit or credit card. Our staff will also be happy to help you set up on the payment plans if you desire and lastly, you can always use the drop box located in front of the Utility Department at 11 Bennett Street.
We are encouraging all Municipal Court customers to utilize the online payment portal by going to visiting there page - Municipal Court Division - and scrolling down to the online payment section. Municipal Court staff are available by phone at 573-431-3142 to take other payment by debit or credit card as well. We also have a drop-box available located at 10 Municipal Drive.
We are asking the public to avoid coming in if possible, especially if you or a family member is experiencing any symptoms of illness or have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus or flu. Our staff is happy to correspond with you through email and telephone, or you may contact us through messenger on our City Facebook page. We are taking precautions in all departments to thoroughly clean and sanitize workstations and equipment, and have offered safety training for employees to be aware of symptoms, and stay home from work if they become ill.
