Terms and Conditions for Online Utility Payment
By submitting your payment information using this online form, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree to pay the indicated “Payment Amount” which MAY include a non¬refundable service fee charged for this service. If your payment is subject to this service fee, it will be indicated as “Service Fee” and will be charged in addition to the amount(s) owed to your payee.
Warning: Utility bills paid online through unauthorized third-party web pages such as Doxo or Login.org may not apply to your water and sewer charges in time to prevent service shut-off. If you pay your bill through Doxo or others it may include an additional charge, higher than paying through the city web page. Click the link on the city payment page to pay your utility bill directly to the city. If you desire a more detailed explanation of the online payment of your bill, contact the Utility Department at 431-2280.
Completion of Payment
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information to use this service and for confirming any amount(s) owed to your Payee. Completion of your online payment is contingent upon both (1) the authorization of payment by your credit card company or financial institution and (2) acceptance of your payment and (if applicable) documents filed with your payment by your Payee. If we are unable to process your payment, we will attempt to notify you at least once using the contact information you have provided. If your payment is not processed or authorized by your credit card company or the financial institution (as applicable) or your payment is not accepted by your Payee, your payment liability shall remain outstanding and unpaid and you will be responsible for any penalties, late fees and interest charges assessed by your Payee.

The City of Park Hills does not intend to collect personally identifiable information (PII) from visitors to the city's websites. Information sent to the city via e-mail may be used by the city staff to process complaints, permits or other requested activities.
